UNICEF Charity Half Marathon: Another Triumph for Kiprotich
After setting a new course record on last week's Hong Kong Marathon Pro 2008, Thomas Kiprotich from Kenya was in winning mood again - this time even faster: 1:07:42 - course record for the famous Lantau race. Winner of the women's competition of UNICEF Charity Run for Children 2008 was Sui Ping Fan in 1:24:34, with a comfortable winning margin of nearly three minutes.
 
Well-known Hong Kong runners Stefano Passarello, Ka Ho Chan and Andy Naylor (fastest in his age group) followed on the ranks in the men's competition.
